Looking Back on 2024: A Heartfelt Year with Kids Club

As we look back on the year that has been, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude and joy for the amazing journey we’ve shared with our Kids Club Early Childhood Learning family. This year has truly been filled with love, kindness, and dedication.

One of the most memorable moments was our Family Fun Day at Hamilton, which was an open event to the entire local community. The day was full of laughter and joy, with families coming together for games, activities, and lots of fun. We even had a special visit from Bluey and Bingo, who put on an interactive show that the children and parents were both able to enjoy. Furthermore, through your generous giving, we were able to continue to support the local Rural Fire Service via raising money through our sausage sizzle. Seeing the heart of everyone there, and the smiles on the faces of both kids and parents reminded us why we do what we do.

This year was full of wonderful activities for the children organised by our incredible centre teams. Not only have there been many amazing in centre activities, but also more and more fun outings for our children to be able to learn about their local surroundings. Our little adventurers went on many exciting excursions this year, discovering new places and learning through hands-on experiences. Each trip was a chance for them to grow and explore, while interacting with their environment around them. We’re so proud of our children exhibiting their curiosity and eagerness to learn, and for the Educators that spend countless hours crafting up new and exciting learning programs for the children.

We would also like to take this time to offer a huge congratulations to Kids Club Gosford for earning their “Exceeding” rating from ACECQA! This is an important milestone and shows how hard our educators work to give the best care and education possible. We have been welcomed with open arms in the local Gosford community and we love everything that our team is doing to continue to build those strong bonds with locals around the centre.

As we look forward to growing even more in 2025, we’re excited about what’s to come. Our Centre Directors have produced so much through their leadership meetings, which is helping to make our teams even stronger. This growth shows our commitment to continuous improvement and providing the best childcare centres we possibly can. We thank them for all their hard work and dedication to helping us develop the wonderful teams that we have across each of our centres.

On that note, a big thank you to all our fantastic team across all centres and the Support Office. Your passion and hard work are the heart of Kids Club, and we appreciate you so much. The work you put in to continually ensuring every child has opportunities to grow and develop, while our families are supported in their child’s learning journey, is nothing shy of phenomenal. We appreciate you all so much and look forward to working with you again in the new year.

To our wonderful families, thank you for your support and trust. Being a part of your children’s journey is an honour, and we cherish every moment we spend with them. We hope you all manage to enjoy a wonderful holiday break filled with love, kindness, and joy!

To our awesome kids who are heading off to Primary School next year, we wish you the best of luck! You’ll always have a special place in our hearts. We know your time at Kids Club gave you the tools you needed to succeed and that you are ready to take on the world in “big school!”.  Make sure you come back and say hello when you can! And, of course, for all our returning kids in 2025, we can’t wait to see you again for another year of fun, learning and development!
