Kids Club Hamilton is located just minutes away from the picturesque Brisbane River. Our purpose-built centre is specifically designed to provide a positive and engaging environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old. Accessing our centre is easy, with several public transportation options available, and ample parking for families who prefer to drive. Our location also provides easy access to Brisbane CBD, which is only a short 15-minute commute away.
At Kids Club Hamilton, we believe that every child is unique and special. That’s why we have created beautifully designed playscapes that cater to each child’s individual needs and interests. Our large outdoor yards offer endless opportunities for play and exploration, with cubby houses, a helicopter, and many other exciting features that will spark their imagination.
Our passionate Educators are committed to providing a holistic approach to early education, with a focus on play-based, child-led learning. We strive to nurture every child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development to ensure they have a love for lifelong learning.

We transition children in our rooms based on their developmental needs.
Our daily fees are based on your child’s age group, they are all-inclusive: you will not have to pay any extra costs.
The daily fees before the Child Care Subsidy are as follows:

Meet Melanie - Your Hamilton Centre Director!
Melanie is an experienced and dedicated early childhood education professional who has recently joined Kids Club Early Childhood Learning Centres as the Centre Director for the Hamilton branch. With a background as a kindergarten teacher and a nominated supervisor, Melanie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She is passionate about creating a warm and caring environment where children can thrive and learn. Melanie’s strong classroom management skills, curriculum assessment abilities, and expertise in educational technology enable her to provide a nurturing and enriching early childhood setting. Melanie is committed to fostering a love for learning in young children and is excited to lead the team at Kids Club Hamilton in providing high-quality early childhood education and care.
Hamilton Centre Activities
At Kids Club we have certain room routines that educators follow. The routine will vary, depending on current events and activities. Having a routine in each of the rooms allows for smoother transitions into new activities, meals and rest time. The routine is available to families so you are aware of what your child is doing at certain times.
From 7:00am
The day starts with family grouping sessions where breakfast is served. Here is when you can say goodbye to your little one. After breakfast, your child has time to play and learn at their own pace.
From 8:30am
At this time of the morning, other children are still arriving, so the educators offer children different activities to engage in. The activities are purposefully selected to encourage our learning through play framework.
From 9:30am
We then begin to transition into morning tea. After washing their hands your child will sit down where they choose and be served morning tea from the menu. If your child has dietary requirements they will be served an alternate meal.
From 10:30am
Depending on the weather, your child will be offered to play indoors/outdoors for free playtime. This is where educators can make observations of what your child likes to do. During this time we also hold group activities with the children.
From 12:00pm
From 12 pm we begin to transition to lunchtime. Once your child’s hands are washed they will choose a seat where a hot lunch will be served to them. If your child has dietary requirements they will be served an alternate meal.
From 12:30pm
Sleep or rest time after lunch your child will have a rest in a peaceful tranquil room with educators patting if requested. If your child does not require sleep, they will take part in quiet activities such as reading.
From 2:00pm
After your child wakes up, afternoon tea will be served. If your child has dietary requirements they will be served an alternate meal. We encourage our toddlers and preschoolers to serve themselves their own afternoon tea.
From 2:30pm
Depending on the weather, your child will be offered to play indoors/outdoors for free playtime. This is where educators can make observations of what your child likes to do and prepare for future planned experiences based on interests.
From 3:30pm
Planned afternoon learning experiences. During this time we will engage your child in activities that are slightly more structured and educator-led. For example, yoga classes, painting lessons, group play and group learning moments.
Hamilton Daily Menu
All meals at Kids Club Childcare centres are freshly prepared on-site using high-quality ingredients and following Annabel Karmel’s recipes and a 4-week rotational menu. Meals are tasty, nutritious and freshly-prepared by our qualified chefs in order to meet the daily dietary requirements of all attending children.
Weekly menus are displayed outside the kitchen. We welcome your input for different recipes or cultural meals. As much as possible, we attempt to cater to individual likes and dislikes, whilst incorporating multicultural tastes and diets.
Breakfast
We encourage parents to take time to feed their children breakfast at home as it is a very important part of the child’s day. However, breakfast is provided at the centre. Breakfast is a variety of toasts, cereals and fresh milk.
Morning Tea
Morning tea offers children a wide variety of fresh fruit and vegetables, yoghurt, toasted melts and baked goods, as well as a selection of water or milk. In our older rooms, we encourage children to help themselves.
Lunch
Lunch often consists of a variety of cooked meals or sandwiches and a cool drink. Our onsite chefs are preparing recipes conceived to packing in plenty of goodness whilst ensuring mealtimes are anything but bland.
Afternoon Snacks
Afternoon tea offers children a wide variety of fresh fruit and vegetables, yoghurt, toasted melts and baked goods, as well as a selection of water or milk. In our older rooms, we encourage children to help themselves.

Our Nursery Room
The Rainforest Room caters for babies. It provides a calm and caring home-like environment with carefully planned learning areas and their own outdoor playground.

Child-Led Learning
We provide each child the opportunity to harness their own unique learning styles within each of our centres, where our learning programs encourage stimulating and engaging experiences and enhance each child’s learning. Child Care Subsidy
The Australian Government provides families with financial assistance to help cover the costs of approved child care – the Child Care Subsidy.
Since 2 July 2018, Australia has a new child care package. Under the new package, the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) replaces the existing Child Care Benefit and Child Care Rebate. CCS is the main way the Government assists families with their child care fees.

Preparing for the First Week
The transition for children into child care is an important milestone for children and families. This transition can be challenging and emotional for both the parent and the child. Therefore, we offer you this information to help the transition process.
We invite families to come for orientation the week before they start: stay in the centre with your child, meet the Educators and make yourself familiar with the routines prior to your child’s first day. This assists you and your children to feel more at ease and comfortable with the new environment.
