We aim to provide children with continuity of educators and carers. As a result, the same casual or relief team members are used to maintain consistency for children and their families. Using the same relief team members ensures that each day runs with minimum disruption when providing relief for centre based caregivers, who are ill or on annual leave. This ensures that formed positive relationships and familiar faces, processes and routines remain stable for the children.
