What qualifications and qualities do we look for in Educators?
. At Kids Club Early Childhood Centres, we’re looking for passionate, caring and dedicated Educators who share our commitment to providing exceptional early childhood education and care. Whether you’re just starting your career or bringing years of experience, we value people who are enthusiastic, collaborative and committed to helping every child thrive.
To join our team, you’ll generally need:
- A Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be actively studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification.
- A current Working with Children Check relevant to your state or territory.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications, or a willingness to obtain them before commencing employment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to working as part of a supportive team.
- A commitment to inclusive practices and to placing children at the heart of everything you do.
