How can I stay updated on my child's day?
We know how important it is to feel connected to your child’s early learning journey. Through the OWNA app, families can access real-time updates, photos and important information throughout the day, wherever they are.
Updates include meals, sleep, bottles, nappy changes, learning experiences, daily room updates and special moments, giving you a window into your child’s day and the opportunity to celebrate their learning and development together.
Is there visible learning in the environment and on display?
Absolutely. Children’s learning is celebrated throughout our centres through displays of their artwork, projects, photos and learning documentation. These displays showcase each child’s interests, achievements and progress, making their learning journey visible while creating a welcoming environment that reflects their ideas, creativity and growth.
What will my child's routine be in their room?
Each room at Kids Club follows a flexible daily routine that provides children with a balance of learning, play, rest and care throughout the day. Our routines are thoughtfully designed to suit each age group while supporting children’s development, wellbeing and individual needs.
For our youngest children, we work closely with families to follow home routines for feeding, sleeping and care wherever possible, helping to create a smooth and comforting transition between home and the centre.
How do the centres look after my child's nutrition?
Nutritious food plays an important role in every child’s growth, development and wellbeing. That’s why all meals at Kids Club are freshly prepared by our in-house Chefs using quality ingredients and are designed to meet the Australian Dietary Guidelines for children.
Our rotating seasonal menu includes breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a late snack, catering for individual dietary requirements, allergies and cultural preferences. Every meal is designed to nourish growing bodies while encouraging healthy eating habits that can last a lifetime.
Do you offer extracurricular activities?
Yes. Each Kids Club centre offers a range of extracurricular experiences designed to enrich children’s learning and complement our educational program. Activities vary between centres and may change throughout the year, allowing us to tailor experiences to each community, children’s interests and available providers.
All extracurricular activities are included as part of your child’s daily experience, with no additional cost to families.
Is the centre secured with quality safety and security measures?
Yes. The safety and wellbeing of every child is our highest priority. Our centres are equipped with a range of security measures, including secure access systems, visitor sign-in procedures and comprehensive safety policies designed to help provide a safe and secure environment for children, families and our team.
Each Kids Club centre also follows strict supervision practices and emergency procedures, giving families confidence that their child is cared for in a safe, supportive and well-managed environment.
What are the staffing arrangements at Kids Club Childcare, including Educator qualifications, ratios, and ongoing professional development?
Our Educators are at the heart of everything we do. Every Kids Club centre is staffed by qualified and experienced early childhood professionals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
Staffing ratios are maintained in accordance with the National Quality Framework and the regulatory requirements for each state or territory, ensuring children receive the supervision, support and care they need throughout the day.

Which Kids Club centres offer the School Readiness Program?
The Kids Club School Readiness Program is offered at all of our centres as part of our preschool educational program. While each centre tailors learning experiences to meet the needs of its children and community, every location follows the same educational philosophy and commitment to preparing children for a confident transition to primary school.
Does Kids Club receive government funding for its School Readiness Program?
Yes. Kids Club centres participate in state government preschool and kindergarten funding initiatives. As funding programs, eligibility requirements and fee relief differ between states, we recommend speaking with our Enrolments Team to discuss the funding available at your chosen centre and how it may apply to your family’s fees.
What is the difference between preschool and long day care?

How do I enrol?
Enrolling at Kids Club is simple. We recommend starting by booking a tour of your preferred centre, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet our team, explore the learning environments and ask any questions about our educational program.
Once you’re ready to enrol, you’ll complete our online enrolment process through OWNA. Our Enrolments team will guide you through each step and let you know if any additional information or documentation is required.
