Terms and Conditions – Holidays For Free

Holidays For Free is a 2 Weeks Free a Year Offer

To qualify for the promotion, you must, before the end date:

1. Complete and submit your enrolment;
2. Fill out a direct debit request form and pay the bond which secures your position.

1. The promotion offer is for ‘2 Weeks Free A Year Offer’
   a) The Holiday for Free promotion offers 2 weeks at Zero Fee each year for up to 4 years (8 weeks free in total). No Child Care Subsidy will apply to ‘Zero Fee’ sessions.
   b) The 2 weeks are only for holidays or other absences where at least 4 weeks’ notice is provided to the Centre Director and approved by the Customer Support Team. The account must be in good standing with no outstanding debt for free weeks to be approved.
   c) The 2 weeks can be taken separately but only in full week blocks (Monday to Friday), not part weeks.
   d) No more than 2 weeks are available in any calendar year.
   e) Weeks cannot be taken in consecutive months (for example 2 weeks in December and 2 following weeks in January).
   f) The free weeks cannot be accrued, used as part of a withdrawal notice period and are forfeited upon withdrawal notification being received.
   g) For the first year: 2 Free weeks can be claimed provided you are enrolled and commenced booking (started attendance) for a minimum of 3 months.
   h) For the following years: You will have 2 weeks free available per year that you will need to nominate to your Centre Director with at least 4 weeks’ notice.
   i) The promotion is applicable to each child in the family that enrols at Kids Club. A child cannot receive the promotion more than once or a combination of promotions.
   j) To claim your free weeks, ask your Centre Director or Customer Support Team for the leave form to be emailed to you. You will receive confirmation of this once this has been confirmed and applied to your account.
   k) The Holidays for Free promotion is not applicable to families who have previously completed their enrolment, ended their attendance, and subsequently re-enrolled at a later date.
   

    

2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Kids Club promotional offers. Exceptions may be available for brand new centres where additional introductory offers are available.
3. This promotion is valid for the following centres only:

4. All centres sold during the Affinity transition are not valid to receive this promotion.

6. This promotion is only valid for new families and is not available to Kids Club Team members.
7. If the child’s enrolment is terminated for any reasons between the commencement date and the date of reward to be issued, the reward will be forfeited.
8. This offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Kids Club Early Childhood Learning Centres can amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
9. Kids Club reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any or all parts of this promotion at any time.
10. This promotion also may reference or be referred to as ‘8 Weeks Free.’ In this case, terms and conditions will be followed as per promotion.

The following conditions apply:

1. The promotion starts 8:30 AM AEST, 13 March, 2023.
2. Enrolment must be completed by 4:00PM AEST, 31 May, 2023.
3. A completed enrolment means that all paperwork is received and that any relevant Bond, Admin, or any other additional fees are paid in full. Waitlist families are not eligible for this offer. These must be paid by the date mentioned in point 4 of these Terms and Conditions.
4. The start date of the child enrolled must be commenced by June 30, 2023. The end date of this offer is 4:00 PM AEST, 31 May, 2023.

• The extension of the promotion starts 8:30am AEST, 1 June, 2023.
• Enrolment must be completed by 5:00pm AEST, 14 July, 2023.
• A completed enrolment means that all paperwork is received and that any relevant Bond, Admin, or any other additional fees are paid in full. Waitlist families are not eligible for this offer. These must be paid by 14 July, 2023 due to the extension of this promotion as part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The start date of the child enrolled must be commenced by 11 August, 2023. The end date of this extended promotional offer is 5:00pm AEST, 14 July, 2023. 

• The extension of the promotion starts 8:30am AEST, 17 July, 2023.
• Enrolment must be completed by 5:00pm AEST, 8 September, 2023.
• A completed enrolment means that all paperwork is received and that any relevant Bond, Admin, or any other additional fees are paid in full. Waitlist families are not eligible for this offer. These must be paid by 8 September, 2023 due to the extension of this promotion as part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The start date of the child enrolled must be commenced by 6 October, 2023. The end date of this extended promotional offer is 5:00pm AEST, 8 September, 2023.
