Volcano Science Experiment

Create your very own volcanic erruption with this cool and easy science experiment for kids!

You will need

• Vinegar
• 600ml water bottle
• Sand
• Large tray
• Water
• Bi-card soda

Let’s begin

1. Place the water bottle  on a large tray and build a sandy mountain around the bottle.
2. Add a few tablespoons of of bi-carb soda and a few droplets of red food colouring into the plastic bottle.
3. Add vinegar into the bottle
4. Stand back and watch the erruption take place!
