Tweed Heads Extra Day Offer

Terms and Conditions 2026–2027

1. This offer is available by invitation only to eligible existing families enrolled at Kids Club Tweed Heads.
2. To participate, an eligible family must add Monday, Friday or both days as permanent recurring bookings for their child.
3. Families must contact Kids Club Tweed Heads to confirm that they wish to accept the offer. Places are subject to availability within the child’s room and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. The offer commences on Wednesday 23 September 2026. All additional days accepted under the offer must commence no later than Friday 9 October 2026.
5. Participating families will receive a special promotional fee for each of their child’s permanent booked days, including the additional Monday and/or Friday. The applicable promotional fee will be communicated directly to each eligible family.
6. The special promotional fee is applied before Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and any applicable government fee relief. The family’s actual out-of-pocket fees will depend on their individual CCS entitlement, withholding amount, eligible hours and any applicable fee relief.
7. The special promotional fee will apply from the date the additional permanent booking commences until Friday 19 March 2027. From Monday 22 March 2027, the applicable standard fees will resume.
8. To remain eligible for the promotion, the family must retain at least one additional Monday or Friday added under the offer for the duration of the promotional period. If a family initially adds both Monday and Friday, they may later remove one of those days and continue receiving the promotional fee, provided the other additional day is retained. If all additional days accepted under the offer are removed, the promotion will end and all remaining booked days will revert to the applicable full daily fee.
9. The offer applies only to permanent recurring bookings. Casual or ad hoc days do not qualify a family for the promotion and will be charged at the applicable casual booking rate without the promotional fee reduction.
10. The special promotional fee applies to the child’s permanent booked days for which a fee is charged, including booked days recorded as absences, subject to Kids Club’s usual policies and enrolment conditions.
11. If a child transitions to another room or age group during the promotional period, the promotional fee reduction will continue and will be applied to the applicable full daily fee for the child’s new room or age group.
12. If Kids Club’s standard fees change during the promotional period, the revised applicable full daily fee will apply, less the promotional fee reduction.
13. The promotion is not available to Kids Club employees or families already receiving another discounted fee unless expressly approved by Kids Club.
14. The offer cannot be combined with another Kids Club promotional offer unless expressly stated or approved in writing by Kids Club.
15. This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied retrospectively.
16. Participation in the promotion remains subject to Kids Club’s standard enrolment conditions, fee policies, payment requirements and account terms.
17. Kids Club reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer where reasonably necessary. Any change will not affect promotional discounts already applied before the effective date of that change, and participating families will be notified where applicable.
18. The special promotional fee does not include any applicable government fee relief. Where a child is eligible, the relevant fee relief will be applied after the special promotional fee is determined, resulting in a further reduction to the family’s fees.
