Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions

• • Offer commences September 1 2020.
  • This offer cannot be granted to referrals who have referred Kids Club prior to the offer commencing on September 1 2020.
  • The offer is paid out in the form of a Visa Gift Card which can be used across a number of retailers across Australia. Kids Club will do everything they can to ensure the application of a Visa Gift Card is applied. If a Visa Gift Card is not available at the time for any reason, or if Kids Club chooses to change to another provider, Kids Club will do all they can to accommodate a voucher for the referrer of their choosing, however, Kids Club reserves the right to substitute this with a provider of their choice.
  • The value of the referral fee is $500 per family that enrols, not per child. 
  • It is the enrolling families responsibility to inform Kids Club, before or at the point of enrolment to make claim for the offer. Under no circumstances will claims be processed retroactively on enrolments already processed with no reference to a referring individual.
  • The minimum days per week for a child at Kids Club is 2 days. To be eligible of this offer, the referred child must enrol and meet the minimum enrolment days at Kids Club.
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (both for the referrer and the referred parent), unless otherwise specified by Kids Club. If a parent has received another offer with any number of free weeks, these cannot be added with this offer. 
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any of our referral partners or networks, i.e. any family that enrols from a third party platform whose query originated/initiated from that said platform. This is any platform that provides advertising and promotion services to Kids Club in order to gain new customers; e.g. Care for Kids, Toddle, KindiCare etc. 
  • The two weeks free offer is redeemable after being enrolled at Kids Club for a period of 3 months and before 12 months from the commencement date. This may be used exclusively for holidays or planned absences i.e. the child is not in the centre. All redemptions of this offer must be confirmed in writing with the relevant Centre Director with a minimum notice period of 4 weeks. The 2 weeks free offer is not offered in: Macquarie Park
  • To be eligible, the form of the refer a friend page must be completed or the name of the referrer given to Kids Club Enrolments Team when the new family enrols. Kids Club must know the name of the referrer before the enrolment is completed and confirmed.
  • Positions subject to centre availability. Referred parents have no advantage or disadvantage in regard to successful placement at a Kids Club Centre.
  • A referrer can refer more than one family but the referral fee is one per family, not per child.
  • Each child enrolled can only be referred to once by one person.
  • The reward will be sent to the person who’s name was given at the time of enrolment. 
  • The account must be in good standing with no outstanding debt. 
  • The referral fee paid via a $500 Visa Gift Card will be payable once the referred child has been enrolled for a period of 3 months. No payments will be made before the enrolled child has started or the minimum enrolment period has been met. 
  • The Gift Cards are aimed to be purchased at the end of each month cycle on the last Friday of the month. There may be an exception to this and there might be delays to the processing. If these purchase days may fall on a public holiday or during Support Office closure periods, in which case, they would be purchased in the following week. These cards are then sent to centres for collection. We are using third party services for card purchases and shipping, there might be delays beyond our control. 
  • The voucher must be collected at the referred centre.
  • If the referred child’s enrolment is terminated for any reasons between the commencement date and the date of reward to be issued, the reward will be forfeited.
  • Kids Club Childcare reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
  • This offer is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other services.
  • Families are reminded to treat gift cards as cash. Kids Club will not replace if lost or stolen and will not exchange for cash (wholly or partly). Kids Club is not liable for any lost/ stolen gift cards purchased once a family has collected and signed for the gift card from the service. 
  • This offer is not available to Employees of Kids Club or their relatives.
