Completing Your Enrolment
Your next step at Kids Club
You’ve chosen your Kids Club centre and received an offer of enrolment, now it’s time to make your child’s place official.
Your enrolment forms will be emailed to you by our Enrolments Team or your Centre Director, with a secure link to complete them through OWNA, our childcare management platform.
Through OWNA, you’ll provide the important information our team needs to prepare for your child’s commencement, including their care requirements, routines, health and medical information, authorised contacts and supporting documents.
Please complete all required sections and return your forms by the timeframe outlined in your offer. If you have any questions along the way, our Enrolments Team or your Centre Director will be available to help.
For the best experience, we recommend completing the forms on a desktop or laptop computer.
Enrolment Fees & Bonds
To confirm your child’s enrolment at Kids Club, the following fees apply. These are payable once you accept your enrolment offer and before your child’s first day of care.

Please note: Administration fees and bonds may vary in exceptional circumstances or between individual centres. Our Enrolments Team will confirm any applicable fees during the enrolment process.
Families experiencing financial hardship are encouraged to speak with their Centre Director or our Enrolments Team before completing their enrolment. We’re committed to working with families to discuss suitable payment arrangements where appropriate.
