Enrol at Kids Club

Hello and welcome to Kids Club.

We feel honoured that you have chosen one of our centre for your child’s education and care.

At Kids Club we are passionate about delivering the best education possible. Our mission is to provide a ‘high-quality’ service within a secure, warm and loving environment. We will ensure all your child’s needs are satisfied emotionally, physically and psychologically.

Here at Kids Club we manage all our enquiries online through the My Family Lounge (MFL) service.

Please note the app is not mobile phone friendly: you will need to use a PC or laptop and don’t forget to save your form along the way.

Register for My Family Lounge to begin the enrolment process.

MyFamilyLounge

Step 1. Please click on the links below to register/sign-in for My Family Lounge (MFL). You will be emailed a temporary password.

Step 2. Log into your MFL account and enter your contact details. If you already have an MFL account please log in, go to Booking Request and click on New request.

 

Step 3. Add Child Details and click button “Create Waitlist Application”. Tell us about the date and days you require.

 

Please note: Kids Club require a minimum of 2-day enrolment, one day of which MUST be a Monday or Friday.

 

Step 4. Pay $100 admin fee. After the Admin fee is paid, the Enrolments Coordinator will create an offer within 24hrs based on your booking request for you to accept.

 

Please note: You can commence filling out your enrolment form, but you will not be able to submit it unless you have received our offer and accepted it.

Remember to keep saving along the way!

 

Step 5. Complete your Enrolment Form.

 

Step 6.  You will be asked to pay a bond to secure your child’s place. This payment is to be made through MFL using only Visa or MasterCard.

 

Step 7. Complete mandatory Direct Debit Authorisation Form.

 

Step 8. Please send through a copy of your child’s Birth Certificate and Immunisation History Statement, located on your MyGov account (Blue Book is unacceptable).

 

Once your enrolment has been received you will receive a letter of confirmation.
