Terms and Conditions

To qualify for the promotion, you must, before the end date:

1. Complete and submit your enrolment;
2. Fill out a direct debit request form and pay the bond which secures your position.
3. Offer starts 28th December 2020.
4. Enrolment must be completed by the 12th February 2021.
5. The start date of the child enrolled must be the 2nd March 2021.
6. The enrolling family must mention this promotion at point of enrolment to be eligible for the offer.
7. The promotion offers a $200 (two hundred dollars) gift voucher, to be used at the parents choice of sport and/or active recreation facility.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Kids Club promotional offers. Exceptions may be available for brand new centres where additional introductory offers are available.
9. This offer may be forfeited if it aligns to any special application to, or compensation towards, pricing. This may include, but is not limited to: Additional Child Care Subsidy (ACCS), or any zero bond paid situations.
10. This promotion is valid for the following Centres only:

11. The following centre is excluded:
    • Kids Club Symonston – ACT
    • Kids Club Rosebery – NSW
    • Kids Club Phillip – ACT
    • Kids Club Taigum – QLD
    • Kids Club Toowoomba City – QLD
    • Kids Club Helidon – QLD
    • Kids Club Newtown – QLD 
    • Kids Club Pittstown – QLD 
    • Kids Club Wilsonton Heights – QLD
12. This promotion is only valid for new families and is not available to Kids Club Team members.
13. The gift voucher will be payable only after the child officially starts child care.
14. All gift cards will be purchased no later than the 22nd February 2021 and delivered to the centres for collection by the 15th of March 2021.
15. If the child’s enrolment is terminated for any reasons between the commencement date and the date of reward to be issued, the reward will be forfeited.
16. If a Centre is not yet opened before the purchase date of the gift cards, then these cards will be purchased at a later date.
17. This offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Kids Club Early Childhood Learning Centres can amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
18. Kids Club reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any or all parts of this promotion at any time.
