New families who enrol at Kids Club Clarence St, Elizabeth St, Hamilton or Collins St can receive 50% off standard childcare fees for their first 12 weeks of care. 

This promotion is designed to welcome new families to Kids Club, where children experience exceptional care and child-led learning. 

Terms and Conditions 

50% Off Fees for 12 Weeks Campaign 

To qualify for this promotion, families must: 

• Complete and submit their child’s enrolment forms; 

• Pay the enrolment bond and administration fee; 

• Complete all required enrolment documentation; 

• Commence care at Kids Club Clarence St, Elizabeth St, Hamilton or Collins St; and 

• Maintain a minimum booking of two (2) days per week. 

All enrolment requirements, payments and commencement of care must occur no later than Friday, 29 January 2027. 

How Does It Work? 

The promotion provides eligible families with a 50% discount on standard childcare fees for a period of twelve (12) consecutive weeks from the child’s commencement date. 

 Eligible Centres 

This promotion is available exclusively at: 

• Kids Club Clarence St 

• Kids Club Elizabeth St 

• Kids Club Hamilton 

• Kids Club Collins St 

 Eligibility 

This promotion is available to newly enrolled families only. Existing Kids Club families, including currently enrolled children and existing enrolments, are not eligible for this promotion. 

Minimum Booking Requirement 

• Families must maintain a minimum enrolment of two (2) days per week throughout the promotional period. 

• Families may increase or reduce their booked days during the promotional period, provided the minimum two (2) day enrolment requirement is maintained. 

• If a family’s enrolment falls below two (2) days per week, the promotional discount will cease immediately and standard fees will apply. 

 Child Care Subsidy (CCS) 

• The promotional discount is applied prior to any Child Care Subsidy (CCS) entitlement being calculated. 

• CCS will be assessed and applied to the discounted fee in accordance with Services Australia requirements. 

 Kindergarten and Preschool Funding 

• Any applicable State Government Kindergarten, Preschool, Kinder or similar funding programs remain available to eligible children during the promotional period and will be applied in accordance with the relevant government funding guidelines. 

Holidays for Free Promotion 

• Families participating in the 50% Off Fees for 12 Weeks Promotion are not eligible to claim Holidays for Free during the twelve (12) week promotional period. 

• Upon completion of the promotional period, families may become eligible for the Kids Club Holidays for Free Promotion, provided all Holidays for Free Terms and Conditions have been satisfied. 

This includes, but is not limited to: 

• Maintaining a minimum enrolment period of three (3) months before claiming Holidays for Free; 

• Meeting all eligibility requirements contained within the Holidays for Free Terms and Conditions; and 

• Not claiming Holidays for Free during any applicable notice period. 

All holiday absences will be managed and billed in accordance with the current Kids Club Holidays for Free Terms and Conditions. 

Fee Adjustments During Promotional Period 

• The promotional discount remains equal to 50% of the applicable full daily fee. 

• Should Kids Club implement a fee increase during the promotional period, the discounted fee will be recalculated based on the updated fee schedule. 

 Exclusions 

• The promotional discount applies only to standard childcare fees. 

The promotion does not apply to: 

• Enrolment fees; 

• Administration fees; 

• Bond payments; 

• Additional charges; 

• Late Pick Up charges; 

• Optional extras; or 

• Any other fees outside standard childcare fees. 

 Account Arrears 

• To remain eligible for this promotion, family accounts must remain current and up to date at all times. 

• Kids Club reserves the right to suspend or withdraw the promotional discount where an account falls into arrears or where payment obligations are not being met. 

• Where a promotional discount is withdrawn due to account arrears, standard centre fees may be applied from the date determined by Kids Club. 

 Cessation of Enrolment 

• The promotion ceases immediately if a child’s enrolment is withdrawn, cancelled or otherwise ceases during the promotional period. 

• No unused portion of the promotional period can be transferred, credited or redeemed for cash. 

 Subsequent Promotions and Corporate Benefits 

• Upon expiry of the twelve (12) week promotional period, families seeking to access any subsequent promotional or corporate offer, including Deloitte Corporate Benefits, must satisfy all eligibility requirements and terms and conditions applicable to that offer. 

• Where eligibility requirements are not met, standard centre fees will apply. 

 Availability 

• This promotion is subject to availability and centre capacity. 

• Kids Club reserves the right to limit or refuse applications where places are unavailable. 

 Non-Transferable 

• This offer is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 

 Right to Modify 

• Kids Club reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time with two (2) weeks’ notice. Kids Club reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any or all parts of this promotion at any time. 

 Promotion Period 

• The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Monday, 27 July 2026. 

 Offer End Date 

• The promotion concludes at 11:59pm AEDT on Friday, 29 January 2027. 

All enrolment forms, enrolment payments and commencement of care must be completed on or before Friday, 29 January 2027 to qualify for this promotion.
