What do we look for?
Each position that we offer is uniquely crafted to suit the specific skill set that we are after, whether that be for Educators in our centres, Support Office team members, or people looking to move into our Management Team.

Specifically for Educators, we look for?
- Holding or studying towards an ACECQA approved Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), Diploma of Children’s Services (Centre Based Care) or Certificate III in Children’s Services.
- Working With Children Check (NSW).
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate/s (ACECQA approved).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fantastic at building rapport with parents and children.
- A passion for developing, planning and implementing an innovative educational program, with a commitment to inclusive early childhood practice and social justice.
- Willingness to learn about the organisation and work within the philosophy of Kids Club Early Childhood Learning Centres.
