At Kids Club we have certain room routines that educators follow. The routine will vary, depending on current events and activities. Having a routine in each of the rooms allows for smoother transitions into new activities, meals and rest time. The routine is available to families so you are aware of what your child is doing at certain times.
Families are welcomed into the centre where children enjoy a calm transition into their day. Breakfast is available before children begin exploring inviting learning experiences at their own pace.
Children engage in child-led and Educator-guided experiences designed around their interests. Through play, they build confidence, creativity, language, social skills and problem-solving abilities.
Children enjoy a nutritious morning tea together, encouraging independence, conversation and positive mealtime routines. Alternate meals are provided for dietary requirements.
Children move between our indoor learning spaces and outdoor environments where they investigate, create, climb, discover and build meaningful connections with others.
Our in-house chefs prepare fresh, nutritious meals enjoyed in a relaxed and social environment that supports independence and healthy eating habits.
Sleep and rest times are responsive to each child’s individual needs. Children who are awake participate in quiet learning experiences such as reading, puzzles and creative play.
Children enjoy afternoon tea before returning to learning through play, extending projects, outdoor exploration and small group experiences inspired by their interests.
Families reconnect with Educators to hear about their child’s day, celebrate achievements and continue the partnership between home and the centre.
All meals at Kids Club Childcare centres are freshly prepared on-site using high-quality ingredients with recipes designed by our renowned, in-house chefs on a 4-week rotational menu. Meals are tasty, nutritious and freshly-prepared by our qualified chefs in order to meet the daily dietary requirements of all attending children.
Weekly menus are displayed outside the kitchen. We welcome your input for different recipes or cultural meals. As much as possible, we attempt to cater to individual likes and dislikes, whilst incorporating multicultural tastes and diets.
We know every family’s morning routine is different. Breakfast is available at the centre each morning for children who arrive before breakfast service concludes. Children enjoy a nutritious selection of cereals and toast in a calm, welcoming environment, helping them settle into the day ahead.
Morning tea features a variety of fresh fruit, vegetables, yoghurt and wholesome snacks, served with water or milk. In our older rooms, children are encouraged to serve themselves, supporting independence, confidence and positive mealtime habits.
Our in-house chefs prepare fresh, nutritious meals daily using quality ingredients and a menu designed to introduce children to a variety of flavours and cuisines. Mealtimes are relaxed and social, encouraging children to develop healthy eating habits while enjoying meals together.
After a busy day of learning and play, children enjoy a nutritious afternoon tea featuring fresh fruit, vegetables and wholesome snacks. This shared mealtime provides an opportunity to refuel, connect with friends and prepare for the remainder of the day.
The Rainforest Room caters for babies. It provides a calm and caring home-like environment with carefully planned learning areas and their own outdoor playground.
The Ocean Room provides our toddlers with a welcoming, inspiring environment and the opportunity to explore and influence their own experiences and learning.
Our acclaimed School Readiness Program aims to increase our preschoolers’ independence, encourage them to follow their interests and create their own learning.
Kids Club Early Childhood Centres has been recognised for its commitment to quality early education and care across a number of areas.
Several Kids Club centres have achieved an Exceeding National Quality Standard (NQS) rating through the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) assessment and rating process. This recognition reflects the quality of education, care, relationships, environments, leadership and practices delivered within these services.
Kids Club has also received recognition through industry and business awards over the years, including the Local Business Awards for Outstanding Early Childhood Centre, the NSW Business Chamber Startup Superstar Award and recognition for the design and construction of our purpose-built early learning environments.
While we are proud of the recognition our centres and teams have received, what matters most is the quality of care, learning and experiences children and families encounter every day.
At Kids Club, children are active participants in their own learning. Our Educators observe each child’s interests, ideas, strengths and emerging skills, using these insights to create meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, exploration and discovery.
Learning may begin with a question a child asks, something they notice in their environment, an interest shared from home or an idea that develops through play. Educators then extend these moments through thoughtful environments, resources, conversations and intentional teaching.
Our programs are guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and are designed to support each child’s development while recognising that every child learns, grows and explores in their own way.
By working in partnership with families and responding to children’s interests and experiences at home, within the centre and in their wider community, learning becomes meaningful, connected and relevant to each child.
The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is an Australian Government subsidy that helps eligible families with the cost of approved child care.
The amount of CCS your family may receive depends on your individual circumstances, including your family income, the type of care your child attends and the applicable CCS hourly rate cap.
From 5 January 2026, eligible families can access at least 72 hours of subsidised child care per fortnight (3 days per week) under the Australian Government’s 3 Day Guarantee, with some families eligible for 100 hours per fortnight depending on their circumstances.
Our Kids Club Child Care Subsidy Calculator can help you estimate your potential out-of-pocket child care fees after CCS is applied at your nominated Kids Club Early Childhood Centre.
For information about claiming CCS, eligibility, updating your family details or finding your Customer Reference Number (CRN), visit Services Australia.
Please note that our calculator provides an estimate only. Your actual CCS entitlement is determined by Services Australia and may vary depending on your individual circumstances.
Starting child care is a big milestone for both children and families, and every child will approach this transition differently. Our team works closely with families to help children feel safe, secure and supported as they become familiar with their new environment, Educators and daily routines.
Before your child’s first day, families are invited to attend orientation visits at the centre. These visits provide an opportunity for you and your child to spend time in their room, meet their Educators, explore the environment and begin becoming familiar with the rhythms of the day.
Sharing information about your child’s routines, interests, comfort items, preferences and individual needs also helps our Educators get to know them and provide consistent, responsive care from the very beginning.
There are also simple things you can do at home to help prepare for this exciting next step.
Kids Club centres provide absolutely everything your child needs to be comfortable all day, making the transition from home to daycare much easier. Check the video below to see everything included in your fees.
We transition children in our rooms based on their developmental needs.
Our daily fees are based on your child’s age group, they are all-inclusive: you will not have to pay any extra costs.
*This price is dependent on the age of your child and any Government Child Care Subsidies your family may be eligible for. Prices are subject to change. To get an estimate of your costs, please click here to use our calculator or phone 1300 154 372 to discuss further.

When children participate in quality, play-based early learning before they start school, they build the social, emotional and cognitive skills that support lifelong learning.
Kids Club Gosford is an approved provider of the NSW Government’s Start Strong Preschool Fee Relief initiative, helping eligible families reduce the cost of early learning.
Families may be eligible to receive up to $2,563 in Preschool Fee Relief for children turning 4 years old on or before 31 July 2026, or up to $769 for children who are 3 years old and not yet 4 years old on or before 31 July 2026.
This funding is provided in addition to the Australian Government Child Care Subsidy (CCS), making quality early learning even more affordable for eligible families.
