Easter Eggstra Day Offer – Terms & Conditions 2022

Terms and Conditions

1. These fees will only apply between Monday 18th of April 2022 and Friday 30th of December 2022 and for the current group. If there is a change of group for your child or upon reaching 30th of December 2022, this one-time fee offer will no longer apply.
2. Extra days are subject to availability of days at your Kids Club Centre.
3. If you decide to take up this offer but subsequently reduce days in care, your fees will revert to the previous fee charge.
4. Fees will not be changed retroactively to prior weeks if you take this offer at a later date.
5. All Eggstra Day Enrolments must commence no later than the week commencing 2^nd May 2022.
6. The fee offer is based on your CCS % (withholding amount), CCS hours, days booked, and group booked as for the week ending 10th of April 2022.
7. This Easter Eggstra Day Offer assumes that children have not yet reached or will not reach the CCS Cap prior to 30 June 2022.
8. This promotion is valid only for customers of participating Kids Club Centres.
9. This offer is not valid for any Kids Club employees.
10. This one-time special fee offer, if accepted, expires/lapses as of Friday 30th of December 2022, at which point, all fee reductions will cease, and regular charges and payments will resume.
11. This offer is subject to any general Centre fee increases which may occur.
12. This offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
13. Kids Club reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any or all parts of this promotion at any time without notice.
14. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Kids Club promotional offers, unless otherwise specified by Kids Club.
15. The fees of this offer has been extended for families eligible for this promotion until close of business Friday 3rd February 2023, including where applicable, children who have moved rooms during the New Year transition period.
