Easter Eggstra Day Offer – Terms & Conditions 2025

Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is available exclusively to families enrolled at Kids Club Centres.
2. To be eligible, the offer must be accepted in writing by Friday 2 May 2025 at 5:00PM AEST.
3. The special fee offer applies only for the period between Monday 5 May 2025 and Friday 31 October 2025, and only for your child’s current group. If your child moves to a different group or once the offer period ends, the special fee will no longer apply unless otherwise approved by the service Area Manager.
4. Extra day bookings are subject to availability at Kids Club Centres.
5. If you accept this offer and later reduce your child’s days in care, your daily fee will revert to the previous standard rate.
6. The new fee will take effect from the week you confirm acceptance in writing.
7. All Extra Day Enrolments must begin no later than the week commencing 12 May 2025. 
8. The offer is based on your Child Care Subsidy (CCS) percentage, CCS withholding amount, CCS hours, enrolled days, and group as of the week ending 4 April 2025.
9. This offer is not available to Kids Club employees.
10. This is a one-time special fee offer. If accepted, it expires on Friday 31 October 2025, after which standard fees will resume.
11. The offer is subject to any general Centre fee increases that may occur during the offer period.
12. Any special fee provided under this offer does not include any Kindergarten Funding Fee Relief. If your child is eligible, this funding will be applied after the special fee is set, resulting in a further discount to your fees.
13. This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
14. Kids Club reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel any part of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
15. This offer cannot be combined with any other Kids Club promotional offers, unless expressly stated otherwise by Kids Club.
