Start Strong

When children participate in structured, play-based learning before they start school, they build key social, emotional and cognitive skills necessary to support lifelong learning. This is especially important for children experiencing vulnerability and disadvantage, who benefit the most from preschool. That is why Kids Club Macquarie Park is proud to partner with NSW Government to bring the Start Strong initiative to the centre.

If your child turns 4 years old on or before 31 July 2023, you will save up to $2,110 a year in eligible preschool programs in long day care.

This will be in addition to Australian Government Child Care Subsidy payments, which most families in long day care services are eligible to receive.

All-inclusive at Kids Club Childcare

Kids Club centres provide absolutely everything your child needs to be comfortable all day, making the transition from home to daycare much easier. Check the video below to see everything included in your fees.

We transition children in our rooms based on their developmental needs.

Our daily fees are based on your child’s age group, and as Kids Club is recognised as a registered childcare provider, we are able to apply the Centrelink Child Care Subsidy (CCS).

There have been changes to Child Care Subsidy in 2023 that have been implemented from the Government to make child care cheaper, one being the Child Care Subsidy threshold increasing. Be sure to review these changes here.

I believe that each child is unique and has the right to be subjected to an abundance of rich experiences suiting their individual interests, abilities, cultural & family context, strengths, and knowledge.

At Kids Club Macquarie Park, the team and I strive to enhance children’s knowledge and development through play and utilising our unique playscapes and interest-based programs.

The Kids Club Macquarie Park Team & I look forward to meeting and welcoming you all!

Macquarie Park Centre Activities

At Kids Club we have certain room routines that educators follow. The routine will vary, depending on current events and activities. Having a routine in each of the rooms allows for smoother transitions into new activities, meals and rest time. The routine is available to families so you are aware of what your child is doing at certain times.

From 7:00am

The day starts with family grouping sessions where breakfast is served. Here is when you can say goodbye to your little one. After breakfast, your child has time to play and learn at their own pace.

Kids Club Macquarie Park

From 8:30am

At this time of the morning, other children are still arriving, so the educators offer children different activities to engage in. The activities are purposefully selected to encourage our learning through play framework.

"My little one year old is so well looked after, cared for, and loved by the incredibly kind and attentive Educators. With the constant care and attention, my daughter has settled into a regular routine and is thriving.  The education curriculum that is being offered is wonderful, my one year old is always learning new things, doing arts and crafts, and exploring in the 'out of this world' play area. My mind is at ease while I work knowing that you are taking such good care of my special little girl. :)"

"Since day one of sending my son to Kids Club Macquarie Park, I have not had one regret. My son has been looked after from all Educators, the Chef and all the way to management. His transitions starting childcare was with ease, his environment continued to be engaging, nurturing and fulfilling, he is well fed with balanced meals but more importantly the centre and Chef are more than happy to accommodate a specific diet or requirement for the children. My son is comfortable and cared for and that is evident from the time he is dropped off to the time I pick him up. He goes with a smile and comes home with a smile."

Preparing for the First Week

The transition for children into child care is an important milestone for children and families. This transition can be challenging and emotional for both the parent and the child. Therefore, we offer you this information to help the transition process.

We invite families to come for orientation the week before they start: stay in the centre with your child, meet the Educators and make yourself familiar with the routines prior to your child’s first day. This assists you and your children to feel more at ease and comfortable with the new environment.
